Answers to common questions are on the main page. Offices that want Innerward installed and staff trained can ask for a setup.
Getting started
- Open Innerward and choose a model. Innerward Models downloads it; the right size for your Mac is marked.
- Create a matter and add documents (PDF, Word or text).
- Ask a question. Each sentence in the answer quotes the page it came from.
Check the privacy claim yourself
In Terminal, codesign -d --entitlements - /Applications/Innerward.app lists what macOS allows the app to do. Nothing in the list mentions the network. In Innerward, open Privacy and press Try to connect: macOS refuses.
Where Innerward stores data

Deleting both folders after moving Innerward to the Trash removes everything it stored.
Model licences
Innerward doesn't include a language model. Innerward Models downloads the one you choose from its publisher's release, and each comes under its publisher's licence: Apache-2.0 for the Qwen, Mistral, Granite, gpt-oss and Gemma 4 models, MIT for Phi-4. Llama 3.1 is licensed under the Llama 3.1 Community License, Copyright © Meta Platforms, Inc. Built with Llama. Gemma 3 is provided under and subject to the Gemma Terms of Use.
